Refund policy

We will accept returns from customers for purchases sent back and received by us within 3 days of customer(s)’ receipt of the shipment on the following conditions:

  • incorrect or defective item(s) delivered; and
  • the item(s) returned to us is in its original condition.

We will extend a full refund for the price of any item that fulfills the above requirements. However, shipping cost will be covered by the customer.

In the event that the item(s)/parcel is undelivered and/or unclaimed by the customer from our courier company and the item(s)/parcel is returned to us, the customer shall have to bear the cost of shipment and handling charges to redeliver the item(s)/parcel.
