Payment Options

What currency are the prices of the books based on?
All our prices are listed in Singapore dollars (SGD) which is interchangeable with Brunei Dollars (BND). For other currencies, our website allows currency localization without any extra steps needed.

What payment methods do you accept?

1. Paypal  / Debit & Credit Card (Local & International Buyers)
We accept PayPal payments for both local and international orders and If you do not have a PayPal account, you can also choose to pay with a debit or credit card via PayPal gateway.
You can use this payment option from almost anywhere in the world, benefiting from additional safety and speed for any refunds. For PayPal payments, general PayPal security terms apply.  

2. Bank Transfer (Brunei & Malaysia Only)
Shop online and after completing your order, you will receive total amount to pay and our account details for you to make payment

Simply do an online transfer via your online or mobile banking or make payment via your nearest bank CDM: BIBD, Standard Chartered and CIMB Bank

Send us a copy/snapshot of your payment receipt together with your order no. to:

Once payment is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation of dispatch from us by email on the date of the transfer of your order to the delivery service. As a rule, orders arrive 1 to 3 working days within Brunei Darussalam.

Please note: If we do not receive payment within 7 days, your order is usually cancelled.

3. Pay In-Store (Brunei Only)
Payment is simple and easy

Shop online and after completing your order, we will contact you to confirm that your order is ready for collection and you will have up to 3 working days to pay in-store and collect

Once you come in our Airport store, provide your online order number, pay directly to our helpful Cashier.
