Job Title: Marketing & Retail Sales Associate

Role Overview: We seek a dynamic team member to support marketing campaigns, B2B lead generation, and retail store operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with customers and growing business partnerships, this role offers hands-on experience in marketing, sales, and retail operations.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Minimum 1 year work experience

• Diploma / equivalent preferred

• Fluent in English and Malay

• Comfortable communicating with customers and institutions

• Strong integrity and reliability

• Familiarity with social media platforms, TikTok Live and sales tools

Compensation:

• Competitive monthly basic salary

• B2B Commission structure

• 6 months probation leading to Full-time contract

Schedule:

• 8 working hours 

• Flexible shifts between 7am – 10pm

• Part-time to Full-time transition possible
