In the performance of their duties, they always bear in mind many aspects of Brunei Darussalam’s foreign policy such as giving emphasis on the importance of upholding “friendly relations among nations” based on the principles of respect for “the independence, sovereignty, equality and territorial integrity of all nations free from external influences.”
