The Jurisprudential Choices of Ibn Hajar Al-Asqalani in his Book Fath Al- Bari, The Book of Zakat, as a Sample

This research aims to study the fiqh choices of Imam Ibn Hajar Al-Asqalani, in the book of Zakat through his explanation on Sahih Al-Bukhari, In order to find out his method in dealing with antiquities and Sunnah and its relationship to opinions and understandings, The study relied on the descriptive analytical method by combining Ibn Hajar Al-Asqalani’s choices and studying them in a comparative analytical study.
