Brunei Gastronomic Cuisine coffee table book is a compilation of Unique Bruneian Flavours, a collection of recipes and memories collected from the Annual Brunei Gastronomic Weeks which started in 2017. The book was officiated by the Minister of Primary Resources and Tourism during the launching of Brunei Gastronomic Week 2020 . This book pays homage to the unique and beautiful fare that has been prepared and served over the years in quest to define and elevate the art of Bruneian cuisine.
Brunei Gastronomic Cuisine compiled selected recipes collected over 3 years of Brunei Gastronomy Week which was based on the annual themes; Bamboo Chicken in 2017, Banana Leaf in 2018 and Tumeric in 2019 where each participants have to come up with a creative, innovative and sophisticated ways to produce and present their creation.
